Group health and fitness workshops and classes at your home/office:-
1. Foundation : "The early years" - This class is intended for parents of children 1 yr to 5 yr old. The class covers the "how two’s" of developing a healthy feeding relationship with your child to promote lifelong healthy eating and lifestyle behaviors.
2. Cholesterol management : "Be Heart-Smart"- This class will answer questions like how cholesterol causes heart disease? What do your numbers mean? What is your risk of developing heart disease or having a heart attack? We will also provide guidelines for changing the lifestyle and food choices to reduce risk.
3. Fat loss : "Take charge of your body" - This class will be in 3 sessions, taught by a certified personal trainer and a Qualified nutritionist. This class will help you improve your fitness and manage weight without any crash dieting, you'll learn strategies that help you: to recognize your body's signals, eat for energy, make satisfying food choices, eat healthfully at work, in restaurants, on vacation and when dining alone, exercise to feel better and slow down the aging process, develop an exercise plan that is appropriate for you.
4. Boot Camp : " Hardcore FUN" - This is a fun and efficient "group" workout program which combines running, interval training, pushups, squats, lunges, exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose fat, increase your cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and help people get in to a regular exercise routine.
